My areas of focus are metabolic health (inc: weight management), hormonal balance, mental fitness, and gut rehab.

I am an Ontario-based Naturopathic Doctor. My mission is to guide individuals, whether they are navigating a health complaint or feeling stuck with no apparent improvements, towards a more direct and personalized route to optimal health.

My approach to naturopathic medicine is evidence-informed and grounded in the belief that one size does not fit all. No quick fixes – just concrete steps tailored to your unique needs. I am passionate about applying the principles and utilizing the tools of naturopathic medicine to help restore and balance vitality, as well as enhance mental resilience.
